Shaped spaces

The basic concept of the project is organising an illusionistic exhibition that depicts the creative activity, which is outsourced in the space through built and/or virtually constructed shapes. The organic or geometric space-formation created by interdisciplinary tools can appear in the space manipulation brought either by works that realize space illusion themselves as well as by space manipulations with site-specific installations that are existing in the the real space. On the whole, the substantial aspect of the works is redefining the space, creating interactive situations based on spatial illusion, and MAMŰ Gallery takes integrant part of presenting those.
